摘要
采用不同的缝纫方式、缝纫密度、缝纫线种类、缝纫线线密度对Kevlar纤维毡进行缝纫,制成预制件,经过真空辅助树脂传递模塑(VARTM)方式对缝纫预制件固化成型.测试结果表明,随着缝纫密度增大,缝纫复合材料的弯曲性能单调降低;在缝纫密度相同的情况下,缝纫的行距比针距对弯曲性能的影响大;缝纫线的直径越大,缝纫后复合材料的弯曲性能下降幅度越大;而缝纫线种类对弯曲性能影响不大.
Kevlar mats were stitched to be a preform with different stitch patterns,stitch densities,stitch yarn materials and stitch yarn linear density.Vinyl ester resin was injected into the preform by vacuum assisted resin transfer molding(VARTM) process.Through the measurements on the composites,the effects of stitch parameters on the bending properties of stitched composites were intensively discussed.The results showed that the higher the stitch density was,the more seriously the bending properties were damaged.When the stitch densities were identical,the stitch line spacing was much more influential than the stitch pitch distance.Furthermore,the larger the stitch yarn diameter was,the lower the bending strength was.However,the sewing yarn materials almost had no effect on the bending properties.
