摘要
生产过程中发现CJ14.6 tex机织纱和CJ27.8 tex针织纱两个品种的多管细纱波谱图出现明显的机械波,对机械波产生的原因进行了分析,并依据分析结果采取了相应的解决措施,从而消除了机械波,稳定了产品质量。
The significant mechanical waves were discovered on muhi-tubular spun yam spectrogram of CJ14.6tex weaving yarn and CJ27.8tex knitting yam. The cause of mechanical waves were analyzed and the responsive measures were taken to remove the waves and ensure the quality of products.
