摘要
目的观察电针刺激上下肢穴位时大脑皮层第一体觉区(SI)功能活动的影响,探讨外加刺激与皮层体觉诱发电位地形图(CSEP)变化的内在联系。方法应用脑诱发电位地形图技术,观察23名健康成年无感传志愿者,以脑电信号采集处理系统自颅外记录SI的体觉诱发反应地形图。结果①电针刺激下肢穴位时,在CSEP地形图上只在下肢代表区出现了高电位反应;②电针刺激上肢穴位时,在CSEP地形图上只在上肢代表区出现了高电位反应。结论电针刺激上下肢穴位,大脑皮层相应部位可诱发高电位反应,再次证实了外周动因激发是产生循经感传现象的决定因素。
Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture in upper and lower hmb points on functional activities of primary somatosensory area (SI) of cerebral cortex, and explore the immanent relation between additional stimulus and cortical somatosensory evoked potential (CSEP). Methods 23 healthy adult volunteers without sensation along meridian were selected as observation objects, and somatosensory evoked potential maps of SI were recorded with cerebral electric signal processing system. Results High potential reactions appeared on the representation of lower limb of CSEP maps when the lower limb points were stimulated by electroacupuncture, and high potential reactions appeared on the representation of upper limbs of CSEP maps when the upper limb points were stimulated by electroacupuncture. Conclusion The corresponding parts of cerebral cortex can induce high potential reactions when the points of upper and lower limb were stimulated by electroacupuncture, and the results confirmed again that peripheral tissue evoking is the decisive factor for transmission along the meridians.
