摘要 目的优化莲房多酚类物质的超声提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交试验法,对莲房多酚物质超声提取的影响因素乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数进行工艺研究。结果莲房多酚物质的最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度50%,料液比1∶70,超声提取2次,每次提取25 min,莲房多酚的提取率为15.01%。结论用超声提取法提取莲房多酚物质,具有简便、快速、高效、节能的特点。 Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of phenolic compounds in Receptaculum Nelumbinis. Methods The influence of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times on ultrasonic extraction of the phenolic compounds were studied by L9(3^4) orthogonal test. Results The optimum extraction technics: ethanol concentration was 50%, solid-liquid ratio was 1:70, extraction times was :2 and extraction time was 25 min. The extraction rate of phenolic compounds in Receptaculum Nelumbinis was 15.01%. Conclusion The method has advantages of simpleness, rapidity, high efficiency and saving energy, and is suitable for the extraction of phenolic compounds in Receptaculum Nelumbinis.
