摘要
运用演化分析方法,研讨了"后分权时代"的特征及其演化趋势,提出"后分权时代"地方合作治理生成所需的制度条件、主体条件与组织条件,以及与此相应的三种地方合作治理生成的异质性演化路径。
This paper uses the method of evolutional analysis,and research the new characteristics and tendency of ＂post-decentralization era＂.The condition of institution,subject and organization in local collaborate governance,and its three evolutional paths are put forward.
