睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与代谢综合征的关系 被引量：5

摘要 睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome）与代谢综合征（metabolism syndrome,MS）在人群中的发病率很高,两者症状相互交叉,有学者认为睡眠呼吸暂停综合征是MS的一种表现,亦有学者研究认为,应把两者合称为＂Z＂综合征,阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）合并MS,不仅导致和加重呼吸衰竭,还是高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、心律失常、
