论西部地区农村富余劳动力的转移——以定西市为例

On the Transfer of Surplus Rural Workforce in Western China:A Case Study

农村富余劳动力转移具有显著的经济效益和社会效益,已经成为西部地区经济社会发展的一个重要产业。由于自然、历史、社会等原因,西部地区农村富余劳动力转移的实践不但呈现出重要特征,也暴露出一定的问题,通过对其特征及问题进行分析,提出对策建议,以利于推动西部地区劳务经济繁荣。

The surplus workforce in the rural areas is not valuable socially or economically unless it is transferrable to other places,so the transfer of the surplus workforce from Western China is itself coming to be an industry.For various reasons,the transfer of surplus workforce from the west has met with immense difficulties.The paper attempts to analyse these difficulties so as to promote the economic development of the region.
