基于装配的全柔性化模具CAD技术研究

A STUDY OF TOTAL FLEXIBLE CAD TECHNOLOGY OF DIE & MOULD BASED ON ASSEMBLY MODEL

全柔性化ＣＡＤ技术是参数化技术的重要发展，它从根本上革新了传统ＣＡＤ系统的思维模式，是一种全新的概念．介绍了基于Ｔ－ＦＬＥＸ的全柔性化模具ＣＡＤ技术，提出了基于柔性化装配模型的模具设计思想与框架，着重探讨了其具体实现策略和方法。

Total flexible CAD technology is the most important progress of parametric technology. It has thoroughly improved the traditional CAD mode, and it's a new concept. In this paper, we first introduced the total flexible CAD technology for die & mould design, and presented a mould design framework based on it's flexible assembly models. Then, the methodologies to realize this framework based on T FLEX CAD systems is discussed as an emphasis. In addition, an example is given out at the end of this paper.
