英国法律《学科基准声明》及对构建我国法律教育质量标准的启示

The British Subject Benchmark Statements and Its Chinese Legal Education

英国法律《学科基准声明》(2007)确立了英国法学教育的基本标准,是英国高等教育质量保证署(QAA)的制度框架体系里对英国法学教育质量进行管理和保证的重要依据之一。通过研究该《声明》的框架、内容及特点,针对我国法学教育标准目前存在的诸多问题,探讨了在我国建立法学教育标准的必要性,认为该《声明》在明确法学教育的"门槛"标准、考虑适用受众多样性和鼓励法学院校办出特色,避免千校一面等七个方面,对构建我国法学教育质量标准具有启示作用。

The Subject Benchmark Statements（2007）,an act of the QAA for the British higher education system, mandates the standard for the British legal education.The paper studies the framework,content and characters of the Statements and attempts to apply them to the current Chinese legal education.The Statements defines the criteria for the entrance to higher education institutions with variations so as to fit into different places and schools and is thus applicable to the Chinese legal education too.
