摘要
以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和有机硅(KH-560)为共聚单体,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为复合乳化剂,采用种子乳液聚合法制备硅丙微乳液。通过单因素试验法优选出制备硅丙微乳液的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:当聚合反应温度为80℃、反应时间为3 h、m(BA)∶m(MMA)=4∶3、w(KH-560)=8%、复合乳化剂中m(OP-10)∶m(SDS)=1∶2且w(复合乳化剂)=3%时,单体转化率超过70%,硅丙微乳液具有良好的稳定性和耐介质性能。
With butyl acrylate ( BA ), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and organic silicon (KH-560) as the comonomer,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(OP-10) as composite emulsifier, a KH-560/acrylate micro-emulsion was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization. The optimal process conditions of preparing KH-560/acrylate micro-emulsion were preferred by single factor experiment. The results showed that the KH-560/acrylate micro-emulsion,whose conversion ratio of monomer was above 70% ,had good stability and medium resistance when the polymerization temperature and time were 80 ℃ and 3 h respectively,the mass ratio of m(BA):m(MMA) was 4:3,mass fraction of KH-560 was 8%,mass ratio of m(OP-10):m(SDS) was 1:2 in composite emulsifier and mass fraction of composite emulsifier was 3%.
