摘要
以椭圆形零件的数控加工为例,研究非圆曲线轮廓的数控加工方法,即手工编程方法和应用CAD/CAM软件自动编程方法。手工编程时,对于有宏指令功能的系统,可以通过对变量进行赋值及处理的方法实现非圆曲线的程序编制;在低档的数控机床中,大多采用小段直线或小段圆弧去逼近轮廓曲线,完成数控编程。基于CAD/CAM技术的图形交互式自动编程速度快、精度高、便于检查。
Taking CNC machining of ellipsoid parts as an example,the CNC machining technologies of the non-circular curve profile were studied.One was automatic programming using CAD/CAM software,the other was manual programming.For the CNC system with macro functions,the method that variable was evaluated and handled was used to complete CNC programming for non-circular curve in manual programming.In low-end CNC machine tools,short line or short arc were mostly used to approach the outline curve and to complete CNC programming.Graphic interactive automatic programming based on CAD/CAM technology has advantages of fast,precise and easy to check.
