摘要 介绍了MK1320数控精密外圆磨床的设计,该磨床适宜于磨削IT6至IT5精度的圆柱形或圆锥形的回转体工件,其床身与工作台的导轨为贴塑导轨,头架拨盘的旋转由电机变频调速,采用德国西门子公司810D两轴联动数控系统,内装PLC及液晶显示。伺服电机采用1FK6系列,配置自动量仪在线检测,实现闭环自动磨削工作循环,保证很高的加工尺寸精度。 Design of MK1320 CNC precision cylindrical grinding machine was introduced.It was suitable for precision grinding IT6 to IT5 cylindrical or conical revolving workpiece,and the table of the rail bed was pasted with plastic rail and the first holder of the rotating dial tone was for the motor frequency speed variation,by adopting Germany's Siemens 810D CNC two-axis joint-motion system and built-in PLC and liquid crystal display.Servo motor was using 1FK6 series,and configured with automatic measuring instrument on line detection.Automatic grinding work is achieved with closed-loop cycle and ensured very high machining dimensional accuracy.
