双联斜齿泵流量脉动特性分析

Analysis on Flow Pulse and Property of Double Helical Gear Pump

斜齿齿轮泵在保持直齿齿轮泵优点的基础上降低了压力脉动和躁声,但流量脉动方面的性能没有得到明显改善。对双斜齿轮泵的流量脉动特性进行了分析与研究,结果表明:在满足一定参数关系和装配关系的条件下,双斜齿轮泵能有效改善瞬间排量和流量脉动,其性能更优。

Compared to spur gear pump,helical gear pump decreases pressure pulsation and noise while retaining its merits,however,the flow pulsation hasn＇t been improved much.Analysis and research were made on the flow pulsation and property of double helical gear pump.Conclusion shows that double helical gear pump can improve the instant displacement and flow pulsation effectively under conditions on parameter relations and assembly relations are contented,its performance is much better.
