介绍了一种基于并联平台的水切割刀头角度调整机构,该机构的三根杆件通过转动副、螺旋副、球面副的运动,带动刀座向任何方向摆动,实现刀头角度调整。该机构运动控制准确、实时性好,整体结构简单、可靠。
The angle adjusting mechanism of waterjet cutting head based on parallel mechanism was introduced.The mechanism drove cutter platform to swing in any direction through the movement of 3 links by rotational-spiral-spherical pairs.The angle adjusting was realized.The mechanism has many excellencies,such as accurate movement,better real-time performance,simple structure and reliability.
