Analysis of Current Status and Developing Tendency on Knowledge Sharing Researches in Foreign Countries Based on Elsevier Database

基于Elsevier外文数据库知识共享期刊论文统计,从基本理论、组织环境、团队特征、文化特征、个体特质和技术支持六个方面,分析了近十年来国外知识共享研究的内容分布和重点研究领域,指出了研究中存在的问题和今后可能的研究趋势。

Based on the knowledge sharing journal papers statistics from foreign database of Elsevier,this paper analyzes subject distribution and important research fields of knowledge sharing research abroad in the recent decade from basic theories,organization environment,team characteristics,cultural characteristics,individual characteristics and technical support,and points out the existing problems in the research and the trend of future research.
