摘要
在文献回顾的基础上,研究提出民营企业员工个人知识组织化影响路径的假设模型,并通过对浙江省7家大型民营企业的问卷调查对这一模型进行了验证。实证研究结果表明:民营企业员工个人知识组织化的影响因素主要包括个人因素、组织情境因素和社会情境因素;个体因素并不直接对个人知识组织化效果产生显著影响,而是要通过民营企业员工个人知识组织化意愿的中介作用对员工个人知识组织化效果产生显著的正向影响;组织情境因素对民营企业员工个人知识组织化效果产生显著的正向影响;社会情境因素对民营企业员工个人知识组织化效果产生显著的正向影响。
Based on the literature review,the research proposes the hypothetical model of impact path on employees' individual knowledge organization,and validates this model through questionnaire survey in seven large-scale private enterprises in Zhejiang Province.The empirical results show that the impact factors of organizing employees' individual knowledge in private enterprise include personal factors,organizational context factors and social context factors;Individual factors do not directly have a significant impact on the effect of the employees' individual knowledge organization,but affect it by the intermediary role of the will of employees' individual knowledge organization;organizational and social context factors both have a significant positive impact on the effect of organization of employees' individual knowledge.
