摘要
本研究目的在于拓展个体员工IT使用绩效研究的理论基础,为企业制定IT激励机制和绩效评定提供依据。将员工IT创新使用分为强制性IT和非强制性IT创新使用两种类型,在研究文献回顾与分析的基础上,提出员工IT创新使用的多维度工作绩效模型和研究假设。通过收集246份企业员工调查问卷获得数据,采用相关和回归分析等研究方法,结合员工深度访谈资料对研究假设进行验证。研究结果发现,员工强制性IT创新使用所产生的多维度绩效结构,包括任务绩效和创新绩效;同时员工非强制性IT创新使用所产生的多维度绩效结构,包括任务绩效、关系绩效和创新绩效。研究结论表明,员工IT创新使用的工作绩效是多维度结构变量。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the theory basis of performance on individual IT usage,and to provide the support for enterprises to develop IT mechanism and performance assessment.The paper divides employee's IT innovation usage into two types: compulsory IT innovation usage and voluntary IT innovation usage.Based on the analysis on research literature,it proposes a model of multi-dimension job performance of employee's IT innovation usage and some research hypotheses.Through collecting 246 valid questionnaires from enterprise employees,it conducts correlation analysis regression analysis,combined with employees' deep-interview report,to validate proposed research hypotheses.The result shows that employee's compulsory IT innovation usage has a two-dimension job performance,including task performance and innovation performance,and employee's voluntary IT innovation usage has a three-dimension job performance,including task performance,relation performance and innovation performance.The paper draws a conclusion that job performance of employee's IT innovation usage is a multi-dimension variable.
