摘要 基于复杂项目系统的复杂性特征和现有复杂项目危机管理机制的不足,从复杂项目网格单元划分及基于网格的复杂项目危机管理流程分析出发,构建基于网格技术的复杂项目危机管理系统,阐述了各子系统的主要功能及系统安全控制策略,设计了系统物理结构模型并阐述了其运作过程。构建的复杂项目危机管理网格系统旨在实现实践中复杂项目危机的及时、高效处置,最大限度地降低危机所致损失。 By analysing the complicated characters of the complex project,this paper explores the advantages of grid technology in complex project crisis management and builds a grid-based crisis management system according to the complex project gird division and management procedures based on grid.The paper then explains the functions of every subsystem and analyses the safety strategy,designs the physical structures and gives a description of the operation of complex project crisis management grid system.Timely and efficient crisis disposal can be achieved via the designed crisis management grid system so as to minimize losses caused by the crisis.
