The Three Intertwists in Spun Yarn and the Prevention

为了解决纺纱生产中经常出现的缠绕问题,提高纤维的适纺性,杜绝纱疵的产生,以细纱三绕(绕胶辊、绕罗拉、绕胶圈)为例,分析了细纱三绕对纤维可纺性、成纱质量、纱疵等产生的影响并综述了影响三绕的有关因素。重点阐述了纺纱原料的静电产生、胶辊的材质与表面处理、纺纱的温湿度控制、细纱的吸棉装置、工人操作等与三绕的关系并提出防治对策。指出细纱三绕发生的几率最高,危害最大,影响最深,三绕的产生涉及的因素很多,应针对产生的原因综合治理,预防为主。

In order to solve the problems in the spinning process including the intertwists of the cot, the roller and the apron for better spinnability of the fiber spinning without yarn defects, analysis is done to the impact of the three intertwists on the yarn spinnability, quality of the resultant yarn and the yarn defect. Highlight is given to the factors causing the three intertwists such as static of the material, material of apron and the surface treatment, control of humiture, fiber suction device, operation of the frame. Some countermeasures are given herewith. The odds are high that the three intertwists occur in spun yarn with big hazard and far-reaching impact. There are many factors causing the three intertwists, against which comprehensive measures are needed. Guarding against the three intertwists are appreciated.
