防晒化妆品中纳米TiO_2的检测技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 与传统的防晒化妆品相比,纳米TiO2防晒化妆品有显著的优越性。目前,针对我国防晒化妆品纳米级TiO2的存在判定及形貌鉴别确定尚未形成统一的方法标准。本文通过X-射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)、等离子子发射光谱仪(ICP)、红外显微镜(IR)、热重分析仪(TG)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、氮气吸附/脱附仪(BET)及紫外线分光光度(UV)等手段对防晒品中纳米TiO2的晶体形貌、颗粒尺寸大小、分布、比表面积及对紫外线的吸收和反射能力等进行了较全面的考察,建立了完整的防晒化妆品中纳米TiO2的识别体系。 Compared with tradional sunscreen products,nanoscale TiO2 sanscreen products have remarkable advantages.But at present,there is no standard method to identify the presence of TiO2 and characterize its morphology in sunscreen products in China.In this paper,the crystallinity,particle size,distribution status,specific surface area and UV absorption capacity of TiO2 in sunscreen products were investigated using XRF,ICP,IR,IG,XRD,SEM,TEM,BET and UV techniques.Through this study,an identification system for nanoscale TiO2 in sunscreen products has been set up.
