红景天药材指纹图谱共有模式的建立及特征谱分析

Common pattern and characteristics of fingerprints of rhodiola

利用高效液相色谱法建立了青海产红景天药材的指纹图谱,对不同产地红景天药材进行了聚类分析,建立了其共有模式,并对指纹图谱特征峰进行了分析,为红景天药材真伪鉴别及质量评价提供了参考。

The fingerprints of rhodiola medicines produced in Qinghai were obtained by high performance liquid chromatography.The rhodiola medicines from different arears were studid by cluster analysis,and the common pattern of their fingerprints was set up.The characteristic peaks of the fingerprints were analyzed.The resalts are useful for identification of truce or false products and for quality evaluation.
