华能电厂发电设备国产化历程述评

A REVIEW ON THE LOCALIZATION COURSE OF MANUFACTURING POWER GENERATION EQUIPMENTS FOR HUANENG POWER PLANTS

对华能发电厂发电设备国产化情况进行了介绍和述评。华能发电厂发电设备从最早的引进技术国内制造到全部国内研发设计制造,机组容量从300 MW到1 000 MW,参数从亚临界到超超临界,得到快速发展。目前,机组的设备状态、运行效率、发电煤耗等指标均已达到世界先进水平。除整机外,还介绍了锅炉给水泵、管道、锅炉受热面管、空冷凝汽器、柴油发电机、自动控制系统、汽轮机转子锻件、励磁系统、凝结水精处理树脂、烟气脱硫系统、阀门等附属设备和部件的国产化情况。

The situation of localization for manufacturing power generation equipments used in Huaneng Power Plants has been presented and reviewed.The rapid development of power generation equipments used in Huaneng Power Plants,from technologies being initially imported from abroad and being manufactured at home to all being domestically researched,designed and manufactured,from capacity of unit being 300 MW to capacity of 1 000 MW,and from unit of subcritical parameter to unit of ultra-supercritical parameter,has been achieved.At present,the indices of units,such as condition of equipments,efficiency in operation,and coal consumption in power generation etc.,all have reached the advanced level over the world.In addition to the entire units,the localization of manufacturing auxiliary equipments and parts,such as feed-water pumps of boilers,pipelines,heating surface tubes of boilers,air-cooled condensers,diesel generators,automatic control systems,rotor forgings for steam turbines,excitation systems,resins for condensate polishing treatment,flue gas desulpurizaton systems,and all kinds of valves etc.,has also been presented.
