摘要 某电厂超超临界1 000 MW机组锅炉制粉系统装置有分叉管型的煤粉分配器,承担将1台磨煤机磨制的煤粉分配给8个一次风燃烧器的任务。叉管型煤粉分配器的分配性能与分配器及配套管道系统的安装方式密切相关。运用fluent软件对入口段长度为3D、分叉管与弯管平行和垂直安装的工况进行了气粉分配的数值模拟,并对模拟计算的结果进行了分析和评价,可为锅炉燃烧系统设计提供理论支持。 The fork pipe type pulverized coal distributor has been installed for the coal pulverizing system of boiler equipped for ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW unit in one power plant,the said distributor has to undertake the task of distributing the pulverized coal from one mill to eight primary air burners.The performance of said distributor is closely related with the installation mode of said distributor and its coordinated pipeline system.By using fluent software,a numerical simulation of air and pulverized coal distribution has been carried out under condition of inlet section being 3D and the fork pipe being installed parallel and vertical to the elbow pipe,and the results of simulation and calculation being analysed and evaluated,providing theoritical support for designing combustion system of boilers.
