摘要
通过对某电站新变压器油和运行变压器油在100℃、110℃和120℃下的氧化诱导期和老化过程中界面张力进行连续不断的测试,并对测试结果进行回归处理,提出了在试验室中对运行变压器油进行剩余使用寿命评估的方法,其评估模型为:N=t÷{(T-t)÷n}。经实际应用证明,所提出的运行变压器油剩余使用寿命的评估方法评估结果与变压器油实际剩余寿命相符。
Through continuous and unceasing test and measurement of interfacial tension of new transformer oil and transformer oil in operation during the aging process,and test of the induced period to oxidation under temperature of 100 ℃,110 ℃ and 120 ℃,the results of test have been regressively processed,an evaluation method in laboratory for residual service life of transformer oil in operation being put forward,its evaluation model being N=t÷{(T-t)÷n}.The practical application of said evaluation method shows that the result of evaluation tallies well with the actual residual service life of transformer oil.
