摘要
华能大连电厂二期1 150 t/h锅炉配置4台MPS-89G型中速磨煤机。为提高磨煤机适应煤质变化的能力,将A磨煤机原有的挡板式分离器改造为新型旋转式分离器。改造后采用山西大友煤作为试验煤种,确定磨煤机在不同出力下满足设计煤粉细度的分离器运行曲线,当煤种变化时可通过调整试验煤种分离器运行曲线来保证煤粉细度。改造后的性能试验表明:磨煤机旋转式分离器具有根据锅炉运行情况实时调整煤粉细度的能力,但随着煤粉变细,磨煤单耗略有增加。
Four MPS-89G type medium speed coal pulverizors have been installed for a 1150 t/h boiler in second-phase project of Huaneng Dalian Power Plant,in order to enhance the adaptability to coal sort variation,the original damper type classifier has been demolished,and a new type classifier being installed for the A coal pulverizor.Taking Shanxi Dayou coal as the test coal,the performance test has been carried out under different capacity of the coal pulverizer.In the test,the runing curves of said pulverizor,which has to meet the requirement of coal fineness,were determined.If the coal sort changed,these curves can be adjusted to ensure the fineness of pulverized coal.The results show that the new classifier of coal pulverizor boasts the ability of adjusting fineness of pulverized coal in real-time according to the operation situation of boiler.However,as the more finely pulverized coal comes from the outlet of said classifier,the unit energy consumption rate of coal pulverizor will increase a little.
