超超临界1000MW机组无炉水循环泵吹管的蒸汽温度控制策略

摘要 分析了超超临界1 000 MW机组锅炉无炉水循环泵(BCP)吹管蒸汽超温的原因,提出了在吹管过程中提高给水温度、降低锅炉燃料量和炉膛出口烟气温度,防止过热蒸汽带水等控制蒸汽温度的措施。实施后,可将蒸汽温度控制在锅炉吹管的要求范围内,实现了超超临界1 000 MW机组锅炉在无BCP条件下的顺利吹管。 The causes leading to overtemperature of steam used for pipe-blowing under condition without boiler water circulating pump(BCP) for ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW unit have been analysed,and steam temperature controlling measures in the process of pipe-blowing,such as enhancing the feed-water temperature,reducing fuel quantity of boiler,lowering the flue gas temperature at exit of the furnace,and preventing carry over in superheated steam etc.,being put forward.After impementation,the steam temperature can be controlled into a range suitable to requirements in pipe-blowing of the boiler,realizing successfully the pipe-blowing under condition without BCP for ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW unit.
