摘要
发电机组凝结水系统耗电率最差与最优差别在0.11%~0.34%之间。为了降低凝结水系统耗电率,对目前凝结水系统存在的水泵设计选型容量偏大而导致的泵组效率低,提出了实施技术改造,在保留需要的凝结水泵流量及扬程的基础上,尽量降低管系阻力损失;加装变频器,提高泵组在部分负荷下的运行经济性。
The difference between worst and best electricity consumption rate in condensate systems is in a range of 0.11%~0.34%.In order to reduce the electricity consumption rate in condensate systems,directing against the problems existing in condensate systems at present,such as larger capacity of water pump in design and type selection,leading to low efficiency of the pump group,technical retrofits have been put forward as follows:on the basis of reserving the necessary flow rate and dilivery head of the water pumps,the resistance loss in condensate systems has to be decreased as possible;additionally installing frequency converter to enhance the economic efficiency of pump group in operation under partial load.
