慢性肾衰竭临床分期与左心结构及功能的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者临床各期与左心结构及功能的相关性,为临床防治继发性心脏疾病提供依据。方法选取90例CRF患者进行临床分期,测定心脏彩超相关的指标,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 CRF患者的Tei指数从代偿期→失代偿期→肾衰竭期→尿毒症期,逐渐增大(P<0.01);随着的病程进展,IVSd逐渐增厚;左室射血分数(LVEF)总体呈下降趋势(P>0.05)。结论 CRF患者随着病情进展,Tei指数逐渐增大,IVSd逐渐增加。 Objective To investigate the relation between geometry and function of left ventricular and clinical stages of chronic renal failure(CRF)and,offering evidence for the prevention and treatment of secondary heart disease.Methods The clinical phases and color ultrasonic indexes of heart of 90 cases with CRF were analyzed.Results As clinical phases increased Tei index the range gradually increased(P0.01);Following clinical course progressing,IVSd increased significantly,while LVEF decreased(P0.05).Conclusion Tei index and IVSd increased gradually as the disease got worse in patients with CRF.
