摘要
针对汽车制动系统制动引起的抖动和噪声进行分析,制动振动和噪声主要是由于制动钳支架固有频率受到外部激励而引起的。对改进后的制动盘机制动蹄片进行道路验证试验并对试验后制动盘的厚度、制动蹄片的厚度及制动盘的跳动量进行测量。试验表明通过提高制动钳支架的刚度可以转移固有频率,改善制动振动和噪声。
Do some analysis to the judder and noise of brake system caused by braking.Brake judder and noise is mainly caused by the brake.Road test is done to the improved brake plate and then measure the thickness of brake plate,brake pedal and jumpiness of brake plate.The test indicates improving the of brake can transfer solid frequency,and then the braking judder and noise will be improved.
