摘要
目的:分析各种因素对18F-产量的影响,提出合适的方案,以保证日常18F-的稳产和高产。方法:用线性回归方法对2004—2009年的PETtrace回旋加速器生产数据进行分析,得到18F-产量曲线图,结合曲线图和其他因素分析得到不同的18F-产量的最优生产方案。结果:在束流强度不变的情况下,18F-产量总体上随着轰击时间的延长而增长。18F-产量与轰击时间之间呈良好的线性关系。轰击时间一定的情况下,总体上束流强度的增加与18F-产量之间无线性关系。大幅度提高束流强度虽然可以提高18F-产量,但18F-的产量很不稳定。结论:采用大束流强度、短轰击时间生产大量的18F-不可取。采用较低的束流强度,较长的轰击时间可以实现18F-的稳产和高产。
Objective To analyze the production influence factors of 18F-,and develop a suitable plan to insure the production of 18F-.Methods The production data of the PET-trace cyclotron from 2004 to 2009 were analyzed by linear regression,and then a curve of the output was drawn.A best produce plan would be brought forward by analyzing the curves and other factors.Results If beam current was invariable,the output of 18F-increased with the increase of irradiation time.There was a good linear relationship between the output of 18F-and the irradiation time.If irradiation time was invariable,the increment of beam current was not linear with the output of 18F-as a whole.Increasing beam current would greatly cause the increasing of the output of 18F-,but the output of 18F-was not stable.Conclusion It is not suitable to produce 18F-by great beam current and short irradiation time.Lower beam current and longer irradiation time will cause the stable and great output of 18F-.
