摘要
目的:提供精确和高效率的微量雾化设备。方法:通过时间和压力控制装置调控气体喷射量及液体喷射量,利用微型雾化喷嘴,进行肺内局部雾化。结果:新型肺内微量雾化机可在不同压力和时间控制下进行肺内雾化,能达到满意施治效果。结论:新型肺内微量雾化机可以自动配合呼吸节律在肺内局部处实施雾化。其具有雾化可控性特点,尤其是对基因性药的保护性要好于传统的雾化机,且结构简单,对实验动物及患者均实用。
Objective To develop a high precision and high efficient aerosol device.Methods The amount of gas injection and liquid injection was controlled with the use of time and pressure control devices.The nebulization device was used as a tiny orifice at the distal tip of the catheter in the airway for the atomization of local lung.Results The new pulmonary miniaturized nebulization device could spray under the control of different time and pressures,which was the desirable results.Conclusion The new pulmonary miniaturized nebulization device can atomize automatically with the rhythm of respiratory and can protect the naked gene better than traditional ones.In addition,the nebulizer device can be applied to both animal models and patients.
