实验室管理信息系统在标本检测前质量控制中的应用

Application of Lab Management Information System on Quality Control of Specimen Before Analyzing

目的:通过实验室管理信息系统对标本检测前质量控制模块的应用,介绍标本检测前质量管理模式。方法:在检验信息管理系统与医院信息系统实现无缝连接的基础上,由Oracle作为数据平台和Windows 2000 Server为操作系统实现数据互联,利用完善的信息处理系统和流程管理服务器,实现检验信息管理系统与医院信息系统(医生工作站、护士工作站)共享管理标本检测前质量控制模块,对每一份申请及标本按执行时段、执行情况、运输时间、样本接收等方面进行控制监测。结果:标本检测前质量控制模块从医生开单、标本采集、标本运送、接收及实验室标本处理等多个环节进行检测前质量控制,从时间上控制质量和划分责任并可查看每个环节的执行情况。结论:实验室管理信息系统的标本检测前质量控制模块是科学优化的质量控制体系必不可少的一部分,是流程管理最规范、最有效、最易行的手段,值得推广。

Objective To describe a scientific and humanized quality control mode via application of lab management information system（LMIS） on quality control of specimen before analyzing.Methods Based on seamless linking of LMIS and hospital information system,data were connected directly by Oracle data platform and Windows 2000 Server operating system.Taking advantage of information management system and procedure management system,the quality control mode was shared by laboratory information management system and hospital management system（doctor workstation,nurse workstation）.The mode ensured full monitor about the information of every specimen such as application time,implement condition,transportation time,specimen receipt and so on.Results Quality control before analyzing was carried out with the use of quality control mode from various aspects and multi-segments,including doctor application,specimen collection,specimen transportation,specimen receipt and specimen management.On the one hand,quality control could be taken and duties could be segregated,and on the other hand the implementationg of all segments could be traced from the system.Conclusion LMIS on quality control of specimen before analyzing is vital for a scientific quality control mode,it is the most standard,effective and easiest measure for procedure control,and worthy of spread out.
