Analysis on Causes and Purpose of Medical Equipment Use and Maintenance Skills Assessment for Medical Workers

分析了当前医护人员使用医疗设备的现状和存在的诸多问题,并以此为基础阐释了拟开展医护人员医疗设备使用及维护知识考核的原因,以及考核要达到的目的,即最大限度地降低医疗设备消耗成本,确保医疗设备完好,能够正常、准确、安全运行,使有限的医疗设备功能最大化发挥,带动更大的经济效益和社会效益。

Objective The situation and problems of medical equipment use and maintenance are first analyzed,for example,improper operation,unawareness of the national policies and regulations,little attention to routine maintenance of medical equipment,loose system and management,little sense of responsibility,nonobservance of operating rules,etc.Based on these analyses,the causes of equipment use and maintenance skills assessment for medical workers are elaborated.And then the purposes are proposed,including minimizing the cost of medical equipment,ensuring the proper use of medical equipment,maximizing the value of equipment and winning greater social efficiency and economic benefits.
