Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures of the Chinese Education System for Training Innovative Talents

指出在以科学技术为主导的综合国力竞争中,教育的基础性、先导性、全局性作用日益突出;当前,中国的教育发展同国家培养创新型人才的要求尚有一定差距,教育体制中存在的一些问题已经严重影响到教育创新的步伐;应重新认识中国教育体系中存在的问题,革故鼎新、锐意进取,全力建设适应新时期的发展的创新的教育体系,推动中国走出一条有中国特色的自主创新的教育之路。

The paper points out that in the competition of comprehensive power of a nation with science and technology as its leading factor,the basic,guiding,and overall role of education has become increasingly prominent.At present,there is still a certain gap between the education development of our country and the requirements of training innovative talents,and some problems in the education system have seriously affected the pace of education innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to rethink the problems in our education system,to actively discard the old ways of life in favor of the new,and to advance with keen determination to build an innovative education system fitting for the development in the new era so as to promote the development of an indigenous innovative education path with Chinese characteristics.
