广西以改善民生为重点的社会建设策略思考

A Strategic Consideration of the Improvement of People's Livelihood as the Focus in the Social Construction of Guangxi

广西地处祖国南疆,西南部接壤越南连东盟,是以壮族为主体,有12个世居少数民族聚集的自治区。在社会转型时期,广西社会结构转型步伐加快,地区经济社会发展差异较大,存在大量贫困人口,使得民生问题十分复杂,要深入分析实际情况,选择科学合理的路径,采取积极有效的策略,进一步加强以改善民生为重点的社会建设,促进民族地区的社会和谐。

Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is situated in the southern part of China which borders with Vietnam in its southwest and is close to the ASEAN with Zhuang as the main ethnic group plus other twelve smaller ethnic groups.In the new social transformation,the social structure of Guangxi is changing rapidly with variations in different areas in its social and economic progress in which exists a large population under the poverty line which makes its livelihood a complex situation.By analyzing its actual situations we can find a scientific,reasonable and effective way to improve the livelihood of the people of Guangxi as the focus in its social construction so as to propel the social harmony in the ethnic groups＇ areas.
