The annual new adding per capita value of training equipment in vocational colleges is the key factor influencing the graduates＇ employment rate.This paper discusses that establishing the block-growth model between the per capita value and the employment rate,and finding the most efficient use of funds as the new adding per capita value of training equipment have certain reference values in managing the funds for equipment investment in vocational colleges.
