高校教育教学中师生沟通障碍分析及对策

On Barriers of Teacher-student Communication in Higher Education and Countermeasures

新时期高校师生有效沟通日显重要。当前高校教师在教育教学过程中存在着因师生主体"内生性"因素和社会"外生性"因素造成的沟通障碍。进一步完善高校在社会转型时期的办学制度与办学理念、加强师生群体认知与群体对话、强化基层沟通,优化沟通渠道是消除高校师生沟通障碍的良好途径。

This paper discusses that the effective communication between teachers and students in colleges and universities is getting more and more important,but there exits barriers caused by the endogenous factors of teacher-student subject and the exogenous factors of society in contemporary higher education.It is a better way to to eliminate the barriers between teachers and students in communication that perfecting the running system and sponsoring concepts of colleges and universities in the period of social transformation,enforcing the mass cognition and dialogue between teachers-students,strengthening the basic unit communication and optimizing the communication channels.
