摘要 对我国东中部三县农村学前一年教育的调研表明:影响农村学前一年教育经费投入效益的主要因素是人员经费投入对象的质量和教师用工制度。加强专业化教师队伍的建设,逐步增加在编教师比例,实现同工同酬,并以适宜的成本与合理的分担机制发展基本质量标准以上的农村学前一年教育,是提高农村学前一年教育经费投入效益的必然选择。 A survey on the rural pre-school year of education in three counties in the Eastern and Central part of China indicates that: the funding efficiency of pre-school year education in rural areas is influenced by the quality of staff and the system of teacher's employment. In order to improve the funding efficiency, it is the inevitable choice to strengthen the training of specialized teachers, to gradually increase the proportion of qualified teachers and to achieve the equal pay for equal work, to use the appropriate cost and reasonable costsharing mechanisms to develop the rural pre-school year's education at the basic quality standard.
