差异公民理论视角下的农民工体育边缘化问题及其解决途径——以差异公民理论为研究视角

Marginalization of Migrant Workers and Their Solutions——The difference between the Perspective of Civil theory

随着社会经济的发展,农民工由于其特殊身份而备受社会各界关注。如何开发这个群体的体育文化资源,使之成为农民城市化这场战役的主力军,是当今社会面临的重要问题。从农民工体育参与现状入手,分析造成农民工体育参与缺失的原因,并从差异公民视角提出了发展农民工体育的思路,阐述了户籍制度改革的必要与实施路径,以改变农民工体育参与相对落后的现状。希望借此研究,能够准确地把握农民工真正的体育需求,从而,为和谐社会的构建、为政府决策及有效提供良好的体育公共服务带来有益启示。

With the social and economic development,migrant workers because of their special status and concern to our community.How to develop this special group of sports and cultural resources of beads,making farmers the main force in the battle of urbanization,is the important issue facing the community needs.This sports participation from the current situation of migrant workers,analyzes the resulting lack of Migrant Workers in the reasons for differences between citizens from the perspective of the development proposed the idea of Migrant Workers,described the household registration system reform and implementation of the necessary path to change the sports participation of migrant workers relatively backward status quo.Findings of this study,can accurately grasp the needs of migrant workers a real sport,so,for the construction of harmonious society,the government decision-making and the effective delivery of public services have a good sports useful insights.
