为提高设备检维修现场管理水平,中国石化南通石油分公司大岸桥石油机械厂钳工车间将6S现场管理理念导入钳工车间日常检维修管理中,通过对检维修现状和方式的分析,创新管理理念,制定有效的计划及措施并落到实处,使钳工现场检维修管理模式得到优化,提升了车间的管理水平。

In order to improve the field management level of equipment inspection and maintenance,the bench-work workshop of Daanqiao oil mechanical factory in Nantong oil sub-company of China Petrochemical Corp introduces the concept of 6S field management into the routine inspection and maintenance management of bench-work workshop.Through the analysis of inspection maintenance status and ways,the creation of management concept,and the establishment and use of effective plans and measures,the management modes of bench-work field inspection and maintenance have been optimized,thus promoting the management of workshop.
