摘要 欧美等国家和地区的师范教育体制高度重视师范学生教师职业能力的培养,使学生一毕业就能胜任教学工作。为适应中小学课程改革的要求,本文结合我国实际,提出了在高等师范教育中什么是师范专科生的教师职业能力的问题以及如何构建职业能力的原则,探讨了师范专科生的教师职业能力结构。 In other countries and regions such as America and Europe,teachers' professional ability of normal students is highly emphasized in the normal education system.Students are competent in teaching as soon as they have graduated. In order to satisfy the requirements of course reforms in middle school and primary school,based on the reality of our country,the paper puts forward a problem that what is the teachers' professional ability of normal college students in higher normal education system,and shows the principle that how to construct the occupation ability and discusses the structural problem of the teachers' professional ability of normal college students.
