摘要
通过对催化汽油的简单蒸馏、硫含量测定,进行了催化汽油硫含量分布的数学模拟研究.研究结果表明,催化汽油馏分越重,其硫含量越高,轻催化汽油基本不含硫,硫主要分布在重汽油中.经过模型方程推导和参数估值,建立了硫含量分布数学模型.统计检验结果表明:硫含量模型(n=1)的模拟计算精度较高,是较理想的数学模型.硫分布预测结果指出,催化汽油的氧化和萃取处理对汽油脱硫均有贡献,轻重催化汽油的氧化萃取脱硫没有明显差别.
The simulation of sulfur distribution in catalytic cracking gasoline is carried out through the equilibrium distillation,measurement of sulfur contents and mathematical models.The results show that the heavier distillates in catalytic cracking gasoline are,the higher sulfur contents are.There is almost no sulfur in light gasoline,and most sulfur in residue gasoline.The mathematical model describing sulfur distribution is established by deducting the model equations and parameters.The statistical test results show that the sulfur content model(n=1)has higher precision,and it is a better mathematical model when comparied with other models.The prediction results show that both the oxidation and extraction processes contribute to the desulfurization,and there is no difference about the oxidation and extraction desulfurization between the light and residue gasoline.
