摘要
可中断负荷管理是电力需求侧管理的一项重要内容.针对我国电力市场发展现状对可中断负荷应用于阻塞管理的可行性分析,提出了一种基于可中断负荷的新型阻塞管理模型.该模型在最优潮流的求解中采用直流潮流算法,用LINGO语言进行了编程实现,并用IEEE14节点的改进系统进行了验证仿真.结果表明,新的基于可中断负荷的阻塞管理模型与传统的阻塞调度方法相比,不但能保证电力系统安全、经济运行,而且在有效消除输电阻塞的同时,还能够大大减小全网购电费用,并可以得到可中断负荷的用户成本.该模型进一步发展和丰富了电力市场环境下电网的输电阻塞管理研究.
Interruptible load management(ILM) is an important factor of DSM.The applications of ILM in congestion management are studied.A new transmission congestion management model based on interruptible 1oad is proposed.The DC power flow algorithm is used in the solution of optimal power flow in this model.The LINGO language is used for program and the improved system of IEEE 14 bus system is used for simulation.The results show that the proposed model is efficient to solve congestion problem and significantly reduces the power purchase cost comparing with the traditional congestion management method.It also can get the user cost of interruptible load.This model can effectively improve the transmission congestion management in power market.
