腮腺切除术中面神经的保护研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨在腮腺切除术中保护面神经的方法。方法对54例患者从术前判断、手术方式、术中注意事项等方面进行分析。结果 54例患者术后有暂时性面瘫7例,占12.96%,永久性面瘫1例,占1.85%。结论正确的术前判断、手术方式及操作可降低面神经受损的机率。
