Cultivation of University Students' Innovation Capability

进行创新教育,培养具有创新能力的人才,是当前我国高等学校实施素质教育的重点之一。高等学校应激励学生自学,培养学生独立获取知识和信息的能力,培养学生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。创新能力的培养有其特定的方法和策略,笔者借鉴国外先进的教育理念,结合我国的特点,指出我国高等学校应深化教学内容改革,强化教学实践环节,建立一套合理的评价体系,提高大学生创新能力。

Cultivating university students with innovative capability is the key task of high education.Universities should encourage students to learn by themselves,foster students＇ ability of acquiring knowledge and information independently,and improve students＇ ability of identifying problems,analyzing and solving problems.There are specific methods and strategies in cultivating inuovation ability.Combining advanced foreign educational philosophy with the characteristics of China,the author draws on that Chinese colleges and universities should deepen the reform of teaching content,strengthen practice session,and establish a reasonable evaluation system to improve students＇ innovative ability.
