摘要
胆道手术操作部位深,可视范围小,我们创新性地采用腹腔镜镜头拍摄胆道手术实况,视频经编辑后用于手术示教。我们的方法克服了传统手术录像方法画面模糊、晃动的缺点,在外科医生的继续教育培训中已取得了非常理想的效果。
The conventional method of recording surgical procedure with a video camera is not suitable for biliary surgery because the operative field is deep and narrow. The video is not clear and steady enough for educational surgery demonstration. Our innovative approaching is recording surgical procedure on the operating table based on laparoscopic video system. This method has overcome above shortcoming and obtained satisfying effects in biliary surgery continuing education.
