易燃煤层综放面安全拆除防灭火技术实践

摘要 义煤集团杨村煤矿在D13131综放工作面回采过程中遇隐伏断层,造成工作面支护困难,煤壁片帮严重,工作面支架多数压死不能推进,被迫提前终采拆除。工作面终采前,受断层影响全月推进了8 m多,采空区浮煤出现自然发火迹象,工作面上隅角CO浓度一度在100×10-6以上,工作面及上隅角往外20 m范围内普遍存在高冒区,严重威胁工作面的安全拆除。通过多次的现场观察分析,制订了针对性强的综合防灭火专项技术方案和措施。该方案的实施,取得了良好的效果,确保了工作面的安全拆除。 While mining on D13131 fully-mechanized top coal caving face in Yangcun Mine in Yima Coal Group Co.,Ltd.,it encountered with a blind fault,this brought many difficulties to supporting.Rib falling of coal wall is serious.Most hydraulic supports were pushed down to stop forward,so they are forced to be demolished early.Before mining-pause period,working face advanced distance was 8 meters per month controlled by faults.In old coal mining area,evidence of spontaneous combustion occured.The density of CO in the upper corner of mining face increased with a highest value of 100×10-6.Top-coal caving region is universal existence on the working face and upper corner of mining face within 20 meters,which caused difficulty in demolishing working face.Based on many times of field observation and analysis,comprehensive measures against spontaneous combustion and comprehensive fire preventing and extinguishing had been made.The application of above scheme had achieved good effects,and ensured safety demolition of working face.
