摘要 研究结果表明,黄磷对肝脏的损害靶作用在粗面内质网和线粒体,且以线粒体改变发生较早。表现为线粒体肿胀和凝聚性改变,粗面内质网轻度增生和部分核蛋白体脱落,线粒体酶、溶酶体酶及胞浆酶抑制,内质网酶活性增强。 Lesions of hepatocytes and changes of marker enzymes of some organelles induced in rats by yellow phosphorus were observed. The subcellular changes after single administratioa ia high dose ( 9mg/kg ) were studied at time intervals from l to 48 hours while those after multiple adminis trations in low dose ( 1.5mg/kg ) were studied from .1 to 4 Weeks. The results showed that yellow Phosphorus appeared to be able to af fect specifically rough endoplasmic reticulum ( RER ) and mito chondria, the ultrastructural changes of mltochondria seemed to occur earlier, Both of them might be the target organelles. Most of the injured hepatocytes displayed the structural impairment and enzymatic activity alteration of RER and mitochondria. There were a little hyperplasia of RER and displacement of the Partial ribosomes from ER membranes. Mitochondrial swelling and focal matrical rarefaction even loss of cristae or Peripheral membranes were shown. On the other hand, it manifested that activities of marker enzymes such as mitochondrial ( SDH, CCO ) , lysosomal ( ACP ) and cell plasmic enzyme ( LDH ) were decreased while that of ER ( G6P ) was increased. Thus, the results indlcated that yellow phosphorus possibly brought about an inhibition of protein synthesis and hindrance of energy metabolism.
