摘要 针对3个典型(单、双和三电感)升压电路的启动性能分析问题,应用PSIM仿真软件,调整3个重要影响参数(电感、电容和电流放大倍数),在获得稳定输出电压前提下,记录输出信号延迟和电路功耗的仿真数据,绘制三维图(电感/电容,电流放大倍数,延迟)和功耗延迟关系图,从中获得电路启动延迟性能和电路功耗折中考虑的最优区域。 To analyze the problems of start-up performance of three typical boost circuits, three important parameters (i.e., inductance, capacitance and current gain) are adjusted to obtain the simulation data of the start- up output signal delay and circuit power, with PSIM~ simulation software under the condition of stable output voltage. Three-dimensional maps (i.e., inductance/capacitance, current gain and delay) and power-delay maps have been drawn, from which the optimal regions between the circuit start-up performance and circuit power consumption are captured.
