摘要
以草莓灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)、桃褐腐病菌(Monilinia fiucticola)、李子干枯病菌(Macrophoma ku-watzukia)为供试真菌,采用生长速率法和孢子萌发法对黄连等13种药用植物不同提取物的抑菌活性进行测定。结果表明在植物提取物为4 mg/mL时,13种药用植物的39种提取物对上述3种供试菌种都有不同程度的抑制作用,其中黄连、丁香、绞股蓝、黄柏甲醇提取物的抑菌活性较高,对3种供试菌株的平均抑制率达50%以上,对孢子萌发的平均抑制率大于40%,其中黄连甲醇提取物的活性最高,平均抑制率达60%以上。
The antifungal activities of various extracts from 13 medicinal plants against Botrytis cinerea,Monilinia fiucticola,and Macrophoma kuwatzukia were tested using growth rate methods and spore germination methods.The results showed that at the concentration of 4mg/mL,the extracts from 13 medicinal plants had various inhibiting effects against the growth of the hyphae of the 3 tested fungi.Among which,the methanol extracts from Coptis chinensis,Syzygium aromaticum,Gynostemma pentaphyllum and Cortex phellodendri had an average inhibiting rate more than 50% against the tested fungi,while the methanol extracts from the 4 medicinal plants had an average inhibiting rate more than 40% against the spore germination of the 3 tested fungi.Especially,the methanol extracts from Coptis chinensis had an average inhibiting rate over 60% against the spore germination of the 3 tested fungi.
